burrito bowl & nachos

it’s 50 degrees in detroit on this extension of a little saturday and we were in midtown for tacos at alley (no cat) taco. one of us who will remain anonymous always thought this eatery was “alley cat taco”. there are laser cats on the walls though. we parked across the street from wills and walked over. the walkability of this part of midtown is lovely on such a warm january evening. unusually warm for the midwest actually but welcomed as a promise of the far off spring.

the burrito bowl and nachos were super! if you haven’t been to alley taco, we suggest that you try it. they enjoy a busy carry out scene but dining in was fun and the music was chill. ❤
